History

1967

M/S M.QUASEEM & CO. was registered as a proprietor ship company in 1967 at DHAKA – East Pakistan, and start civil contracting business with WAPDA.

1974

After Dhaka fall, again company was registered in the same capacity under the laws of Pakistan in 1974 at Karachi.

1995

In 1995, after entering the next generation into the family business, company was re-registered as partnership firm under the laws of Pakistan at Karachi and the business activities was further enhanced like Electrical contracts, Import, Export, Marble Mining etc.

2006

In 2006, after the sudden demise of the company founder, the construction and contracting businesses was transferred to elder son, and set up was again re-registered in 2006 as UNICORN INTERNATIONAL, proprietary company under the laws of Pakistan.

2010

In eraly 2010, Company was registered in Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under the name & Style of UNICORN SOLUTIONS (PVT) LIMITED.
